Cream cheese frosting can easily be converted into a keto topping by using sugar alternatives.

Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
- 4 tbsp butter softened cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup xyitol or erythritol powdered*
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 - 3 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Use a mixer to beat together the cream cheese and butter, until fluffy.
- Beat in the sweetener and vanilla, until well incorporated.
- Add cream and beat again, until creamy. You can adjust the amount of cream to the desired consistency.

*Save money by making your own powdered sweetener by using a coffee grinder.
