Make Your Own Mixed Spice for Holiday Baking

“Mixed” or “Pudding” spice is a traditional ingredient in many British holiday desserts, dating back to the 1800s. You can compare it to pumpkin spice that you likely have on hand for holiday baking.  If you can’t find mixed spice where you live you can easily make your own with cinnamon as the main flavour ingredient.
