I love making this pork chop recipe year-round as a weeknight dish. There is not a lot of fuss or preparation involved: just rub with oil, apply a spice rub, and bake. Quick and easy.

The Juiciest Baked Pork Chops
This super easy dish will get your main course on the table in 30 minutes

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops 1 ¼ inch thick
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano dried
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. pepper freshly gound
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Mix together the spices.
- Rub 1 tablespoon of the oil on both sides of the chops. Sprinkle the spice mix evenly over both sides of the pork chops and then place onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 F,
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
To make this dish even easier, make extra spice rub, and keep in a small jar, ready for your next rub.
