Queen Mary's Cheese Biscuits
Queen Mary loved these simple yet elegant crisp cheese biscuits. They were created and dutifully prepared by her Chef Gabriel Tshumi.
unbleached all purpose flour
KETO: substitute with almond flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all the ingredients and work until it comes together in a soft dough.
Turn out on a floured surface, and flour your rolling pin. Roll out thin, and use a round or rectangular cookie cutter. Use a 2" or 3" inch ring. 3" made 25 biscuits
Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Don't over bake.
Serve with alongside cocktails, with or without a dip.
