2cupsblack beanscanned (15 ounce can)
3largeeggs
3tbsp.unsweetened applesauce
1/3cupcocoa powdersifted
1pinchsalt
1tsp.baking powder
1tsp.vanilla extract
3/4 cupbrown sugar
1tsp.instant coffeeoptional
1/2 cupsemi-sweet

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease an 8” x 8” square baking dish.
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top of dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until top is dry and edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan.
