1/4cupApple cider vinegar
1pinchsalt
2tbsp.Dijon mustard
1/2 to 1 cupwater

Whisk sugar and flour together in a medium saucepan.
Stir in vinegar, salt and mustard.
Whisk in water, using as much water as you want for the thickness of sauce you desire at the end.Bring to a boil over medium heat and stir until thickened.
