Ingredients
- 4 oz. rice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1 pinch mace
- 2 quarts chicken stock
Instructions
- Throw the rice into boiling water, and let it remain 5 minutes, then pour it into a sieve and allow it to drain well.
- Now add it to the stock which has been set to boiling, and allow it to stew till it is quite tender;
- Season to taste and sprinkle on toppings, like chopped coriander, Serve quickly.
