Queen Elizabeth II is fortunate to have 2 birthdays a year. The public celebration is in June when the weather is warmer, but her official birthday is on April 21st which she celebrates privately. While her birthday plans may be private, but we do know that her favourite chocolate birthday cake will be on the afternoon tea menu.
