Fannie Farmer Easy Cream Dressing
- 1/4 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tbsp. mustard
- 3/4 tbsp. sugar or stevia
- 1 large egg slightly beaten
- 2.5 tbsp. butter melted
- 3/4 cup cream
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- Mix ingredients in order given, adding vinegar very slowly. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly until mixture thickens, strain and cool.
