Queen Mary loved these simple yet elegant crisp cheese biscuits. They were created and dutifully prepared by her Chef Gabriel Tshumi.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 3/4 cups unbleached all purpose flour KETO: substitute with almond flour
- 2.5 cups Parmesan cheese finely grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine all the ingredients and work until it comes together in a soft dough.
- Turn out on a floured surface, and flour your rolling pin. Roll out thin, and use a round or rectangular cookie cutter. Use a 2" or 3" inch ring. 3" made 25 biscuits
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Don't over bake.
- Serve with alongside cocktails, with or without a dip.
