Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cups unbleached all purpose flour KETO: substitute with almond flour
  • 2.5 cups Parmesan cheese finely grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine all the ingredients and work until it comes together in a soft dough.
  • Turn out on a floured surface, and flour your rolling pin. Roll out thin, and use a round or rectangular cookie cutter. Use a 2" or 3" inch ring. 3" made 25 biscuits
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Don't over bake.
  • Serve with alongside cocktails, with or without a dip.
