The Juiciest Baked PorkChops Can Be Yours in 30 Minutes

I love making this pork chop recipe year-round as a weeknight dish.  There is not a lot of fuss or preparation involved: just rub with oil, apply a spice rub, and bake. Quick and easy.


The Juiciest Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops 1 ¼ inch thick
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano dried
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. pepper freshly gound
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Mix together the spices.
  • Rub 1 tablespoon of the oil on both sides of the chops. Sprinkle the spice mix evenly over both sides of the pork chops and then place onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 F,
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

To make this dish even easier, make extra spice rub, and keep in a small jar, ready for your next rub.
