Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, (one package)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter no sugar added
- 1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whip the cream until it holds stiff peaks. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until creamy, then add the powdered sweetener, thoroughly mixing.
- Thin with a little cream if the mixture is too thick.
- Fold in the whipped cream and you are done!
- Spoon or pipe into dessert glasses.
- Finish with low carb chocolate sauce, if desired.

- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. After 5 minutes the mixture will thicken.
- Remove from heat. Allow it to cool, pour into a jar and store in the fridge.
