Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, (one package)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter no sugar added
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Whip the cream until it holds stiff peaks. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until creamy, then add the powdered sweetener, thoroughly mixing.
  • Thin with a little cream if the mixture is too thick.
  • Fold in the whipped cream and you are done!
  • Spoon or pipe into dessert glasses.
  • Finish with low carb chocolate sauce, if desired.

  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened or other nut milk, or even water
  • 1/2 cup Xylitol pulse in food processer to powder

  • Whisk together all the ingredients in a small saucepan
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. After 5 minutes the mixture will thicken.
  • Remove from heat. Allow it to cool, pour into a jar and store in the fridge.

Notes

You can easily substitute water for the nut milk but it will be less creamy which is perfectly fine. The challenge with this type of sauce is ensuring the sweetener doesn't recrystallize once cooled. Your options include xylitol, allulose or Bocha Sweet.
