Easy Creamy Keto Fudgesicles

downtonabbeycooks · July 18, 2020 ·

I am addicted to these amazing creamy fudgesicles. This 4 ingredient non dairy recipe uses contents from your pantry.  Great to have on hand when the cravings hit and will even satisfy those not following the keto diet.

Keto Fudgesicles

Making your own ice cream can be a challenge when you are expecting the same results as the ice cream you find in the stores. Use that "hardness" to your advantage making popsicles, an American invention of the 1920s.

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients until thick and creamy with a hand blender or food processor. The vodka helps prevent ice crystals from forming.
