What to do with all that Zucchini?

downtonabbeycooks · July 12, 2021 ·

Those with a veg patch typically save a spot for courgettes aka zucchini.

They are relatively easy to grow and mature quickly. The downside is that it is not hard to get a bumper crop with more marrows than you know what to do with, and there really is a limit to the number of zucchini bread you can eat and pass along to your neighbours.

I only have 4 plants this year in my tiny garden and am already getting ready for battle!

Here are some of my favourite ways to use my garden’s zucchini.

Fannie Farmer's Classic Zucchini Bread
Quick Zucchini Planks
Fibre Rich Keto Blueberry Muffins
Quick and Savoury Zucchini Pancakes
Fudgy Zucchini Keto Cookies
Oatmeal Zucchini Cookies
Easy Classic Greek Sfougato
Stuffed and Deep Fried Zucchini Blossoms
Italian Stuffed Zucchini
Zapple (Zucchini) Crumble
Zapple (Zucchini) Bars
Versatile Zucchini Spread
The Best Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Satisfying Keto Zucchini Bars
Glorious Fish En Papillote
Lovely Light Chocolate Zucchini Keto Cake
Titanic Stuffed Marrow Farci
Colorful Summer Vegetable Casserole
